We go into TRANCE daily without even knowing it… Have you ever driven and gotten to your destination without realising how you got there? Or perhaps your partner or child was watching TV and you weren’t able to rouse them out of their trance whilst watching their favourite show.
These are all examples of trance, its when your subconscious mind is in a zone and ready to accept positive changes in your life.
It is completely safe, I cannot MAKE you do anything thats not part of your core beliefs.
Hypnosis has a great track record for changing habits, re-training your mind to release anxiety and take on positive thoughts.
